HDPE socket type hot melt fittings
HDPE pipe joints with socket fusion welding are produced using injection moulds. The raw material, PE100-grade high-density polyethylene (HDPE), is joined to the HDPE pipe using the socket fusion welding method.
XINYIHONG's socket fusion welding of HDPE pipe joints fully complies with EN 12201 and ISO 4427.
HDPE socket welded 90° elbow
HDPE 90° elbows with socket fusion welding are produced using injection moulds. The raw material, PE100-grade high-density polyethylene (HDPE), is joined to the HDPE pipe using the socket fusion welding method.
XINYIHONG's HDPE 90° elbow socket welded pipes are fully compliant with EN12201 and ISO 4427.
HDPE Socket Tee Equal
HDPE equal tee socket fusion joints are produced using an injection mould and all sides are the same size. The raw material, PE100-grade high-density polyethylene (HDPE), is joined to the HDPE pipe using the socket welding method.

HDPE Socket Fusion Reducing Pipe

HDPE socket fusion end caps
HDPE socket fusion end caps are produced using injection moulding. The raw material, PE100 grade High Density Polyethylene (HDPE), is joined to the HDPE pipe by socket fusion welding.

HDPE Socket Weld Flanges
HDPE short flange socket fusion joints are produced using injection moulds. The raw material, PE100-grade high-density polyethylene (HDPE), is used to join HDPE pipes by means of the socket fusion welding method. xinyihong's socket fusion welding of HDPE short flanges complies fully with the EN 12201 and ISO 4427 standards.
Butt fusion welding is a method of joining plastic pipes, fittings, or other similar forms of thermoplastic resin in which the ends to be joined are heated to a molten state and then quickly pressed together to form a uniform bond.’ For HDPE fittings, you can use a butt fusion splicer to heat the ends of the fittings or pipes and then press them together to form a strong bond/fusion and eliminate all potential leaks and joints.

The main features of HDPE butt fusion fittings are:
※ Reliable connection
PE pipe is connected with PE fittings by hot melt butt fusion, the strength of the fittings is higher than that of the pipe itself; PE pipe is conveniently connected with pipes made of other materials by flanges. Connected correctly, the joints should be 100% leak-free, the strength of the joints is the same as the pipe itself, and the service life is the same.
Economy
Compared with electrofusion fittings, butt fusion fittings are less expensive and more cost-effective, which can significantly save the cost of piping system.

ISO standard MM sizes (50-800mm) are available in SDR11 and SDR17 fittings. Based on this standard, we offer both short and long HDPE fittings to help our customers gain a greater advantage over their competitors.
The ANSI/ASTM standard for inch sizes (3‘-24’) offers SDR9, SDR11 and SDR17 fittings.
Packaging
Our regular export packaging is in PP bags.
The customer's logo can be printed or embossed on the HDPE butt fittings.
