HDPE female connector
HDPE female socket fusion welds are produced using injection moulds and stainless steel threads in accordance with BSPT standards. The raw material, PE100-grade high-density polyethylene (HDPE), is joined to the HDPE pipe using the socket fusion welding method.
XINYIHONG's HDPE female socket fusion welds are fully compliant with EN 12201 and ISO 4427.
HDPE male connector
HDPE male socket fusion joints are produced using injection moulds and stainless steel threads in accordance with BSPT standards. The raw material, PE100-grade high-density polyethylene (HDPE), is joined to the HDPE pipe using the socket fusion welding method.

HDPE female coupling
The design of the inner wire live joint makes the connection process simple and quick. Users only need to insert the PE pipe into the loose fitting and screw it tightly, without the need for complicated tools or equipment.
HDPE Male Fitting
The design of the outer wire loose fitting makes the connection process simple and quick. The user simply inserts the PE pipe into the fitting and screws it in place, eliminating the need for complicated tools or equipment.
HDPE Manifold
HDPE manifolds are widely used in plumbing systems for distributing water meters to houses. There are two types of manifolds (1. Single side with male connector. 2. Both sides with male connector)

How to prepare and connect HDPE pipes using Hdpe threaded fittings?
To prepare and connect HDPE pipes using HDPE threaded fittings, follow the steps below:
Required materials and tools:
Appropriate size and type of HDPE pipe and threaded HDPE fittings.
Teflon tape or thread sealant (if required by local codes or manufacturer's recommendations).
Pipe wrench or adjustable spanner.
Pipe cutter or hacksaw.
Deburring tool or sandpaper.
Preparation:
Use a pipe cutter or hacksaw to measure and cut the HDPE pipe to the desired length. Make sure the cut is clean and square for proper installation into the threaded fitting.
Use a deburring tool or sandpaper to remove any rough edges or burrs from the cut end of the pipe. This will help ensure a smooth and leak-free connection.
Teflon Tape or Thread Sealant: Apply Teflon tape or thread sealant to the male threads of the HDPE threaded fitting prior to assembly. This helps create a strong, leak-free seal when connecting the fitting to the pipe.
Spanners: Pipe spanners or adjustable wrenches are essential for tightening HDPE threaded fittings to the pipe. The spanner provides the torque needed to make a strong connection.
Hex flats (optional): Some HDPE threaded fittings have hex flats that can be used in conjunction with a spanner to make a tighter connection. Not all fittings have this feature, but if they do, a spanner can be used to further tighten the fitting.
Cleaning material (optional): Depending on the manufacturer's recommendations, you may need cleaning material to prepare the threaded surface of the fitting before applying Teflon tape or thread sealant.
Leak test equipment (optional): After installation, you can use leak test equipment (e.g., water or air pressure test) to check for any potential leaks around the fitting.
